Order & Shipping

All our products are second hand and sold in the condition described and shown in photos.

Delivery
Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days within Sweden.
If you’re outside Sweden, please contact us before placing your order to check delivery options and shipping costs.

Shipping Cost
Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We offer free shipping on orders over SEK 1,700.

Unclaimed Packages
Unclaimed packages will be charged a return shipping, handling and administration fee of SEK 175.

Personal Data
By placing an order, you agree that we store and process your personal data to complete your purchase.
You can always request information about what data we have registered about you.

Returns

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, please email us at info@ottmarstudio.se to receive a return label.

• You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

• The item must be returned in its original condition.

• You are welcome to try the item, but we cannot accept returns of used products.

Please include a short note about the reason for your return — it helps us improve!

Claims & Complaints

If you find a fault with your item, please contact us via info@ottmarstudio.se.
Describe the issue and include a few photos showing the problem.

If needed, we’ll ask you to return the item. We’ll send you a prepaid return label so you can send it back free of charge.

We will first try to repair the item.
If that’s not possible and your claim is approved, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a refund.
